Let’s start with the obvious: the location. The Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport is literally inside the Orlando International Airport (MCO). You can practically roll out of bed and onto your flight. No need to stress about traffic, shuttle buses, or the dreaded rush-hour crunch. Staying here means you’re always on time, every time.

But it’s not just about proximity to the gates. The hotel is perfectly situated for those looking to explore Orlando’s world-famous attractions. You’re just a short drive away from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and the other theme parks that make this city so magical. And if you’re here for business, the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport offers quick access to downtown Orlando and the Orange County Convention Center.

The Hotel

Located within the main terminal of Orlando International Airport (MCO), the Hyatt Regency stands as a beacon of comfort amidst the hustle and bustle of air travel. The hotel’s prime location eliminates the need for time-consuming commutes, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. You can view the security checkpoint entrance and airline check in from the hotel. You will take the elevator or escalators to the 4th floor to find the hotel lobby and check in. This is also the level with the hotel bar and McCoy’s Bar and Grill restaurant.

Check-In: Quick, Easy, and Stress-Free

After a long flight, the last thing you want is a complicated check-in process. Fortunately, the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport makes it as easy. You’ll be greeted with a warm smile and efficient service, so you can get to your room and start relaxing in no time. Plus, if you’re part of the World of Hyatt loyalty program, you might even score a few extra perks, like a room upgrade or late checkout.

Check in is 4:00 PM; check out is 12:00 PM.

Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport Rooms

The rooms at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport are spacious, modern, and designed with the traveler in mind. Whether you’re staying in a standard room or splurging on a suite, you’ll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Think plush beds, high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and roomy workspaces if you need to catch up on emails. Our room was located on the 6th floor, near both the outdoor pool and indoor fitness center. We stayed in a King room that featured a balcony, the perfect spot to view some beautiful sunsets.

The bed was so comfortable! I also loved all of the counter space and bathroom layout. There was a double vanity in the bathroom as well as outside of it. The room had a seating area and a small desk. Even though we were on vacation, this was a great space to get some work done! The rooms are newly renovated and soundproof.

Hyatt Orlando Airport Parking

One of the biggest concerns for travelers is parking, especially at a busy airport like MCO. Luckily, Hyatt Regency Orlando parking options are convenient and straightforward. Guests can take advantage of valet parking, self-parking, or even long-term parking services. The hotel offers discounted self-parking and valet for guests. Please note, the discount is only valid for the date of your hotel stay.

For valet parking, follow the signs to Terminal B and you will find the hotel entrance on Jeff Fuqua Boulevard. For self-parking, follow the signs to Terminal B Self-Parking Garage and then Terminal Top Level 4. Make sure you’re paying attention since the lanes and turns happen quickly. Be sure to pull a ticket and see the front desk for in and out access, they will give you a pass and you’ll need this to receive the discounted rate for the nights you stayed at the hotel.

You won’t go hungry during your stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport. The hotel offers several dining options that cater to all tastes and schedules.

The Lobby Bar is a great place to enjoy a small plate and a beverage before your flight or gather with the rest of your travel party after you arrive.

If you’re in the mood for something more casual, McCoy’s Bar & Grill serves up tasty American fare, from burgers to salads, in a relaxed setting. McCoy’s offers a wide variety of menu items focusing on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had two meals here and absolutely enjoyed everything! From sushi to pizza, even a Hot Honey Chicken Club, it was all delicious.

If you have late-night cravings or want to order an early breakfast or lunch in the privacy of your room, check out the McCoy’s To-Go menu. All-day in-room dining includes sandwiches, salads, entrees, and their sushi menu.

Flight Arrivals and Departures

Catching a flight when you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Aiport is so convenient! We had an early flight out but instead of having to drive straight to the airport, we drove down the night before and stayed at the hotel.

Once we woke up on the morning of our flight, we just had to get our bags down to the main terminal which you can see from the hotel lobby and then head through security. This saved us so much time and hassle! Our return flight arrived in the evening and after a long day of travel, it was the best feeling to get our luggage up to our room and get to sleep.
