  • 1/4 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese, save some for topping
  • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • Frying Pan
  • Cooking Spray

  1. Spray your pan with olive oil cooking spray and heat over medium.
  2. Add the chopped spinach and cook until it begins to wilt. Move to the side of the pan.
  3. Add the egg whites. Add salt and pepper to taste and begin to scramble with the spinach once it starts cooking.
  4. While the eggs and spinach are cooking, sprinkle in part of the feta cheese so that it melts into the scramble.
  5. Once cooked, remove from pan and transfer to a bowl or plate.
  6. Top with the remaining feta cheese and Everything But the Bagel seasoning.
  7. Enjoy!
