For a less crowded view of the nighttime atmosphere, consider heading to Bar Helios. It is the rooftop bar at the hotel, and it gives you a beautiful elevated look over the park. If you only have one day at Epic Universe, an Express Pass is worth considering. It can help reduce waits at participating attractions, including key Celestial Park rides.
The important thing to know is that the complimentary Universal Express Unlimited benefit included with select Universal Orlando hotels does not currently apply to Epic Universe. That hotel benefit is for participating attractions at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure.

For quicker meals, The Oak and Star Tavern is a good pick for barbecue, Pizza Moon is an easy crowd-pleaser, and Meteor Astropub offers a casual gastropub option. For smaller bites and snacks, you can look for spots like Star Sui Bao, Frosty Moon, Comet Dogs, CelesTiki, Bar Zenith, and Celestial Popcorn.
My advice is to decide ahead of time whether you want a full-service meal in Celestial Park or a quicker meal that keeps your day moving. Both can work, but the plan should match your priorities.
If you only have one day at Epic Universe, I would avoid spending too much time crisscrossing the park for food. Choose a meal that fits where you already plan to be.
Save Time for the Celestial Park Shops
The shops in Celestial Park are easy to walk past when you are focused on getting to another world, but they are worth a little time.
Sensorium Emporium is a great place to browse Epic Universe merchandise and items inspired by all of the different worlds. Other Worlds Mercantile is another good stop for gifts and souvenirs. North Star Wintry Wonders is the year-round holiday shop, which is especially fun if you love ornaments or seasonal decor.
If you are a sweet treat person, save some time for Moonship Chocolate and Celestial Sweets. The story is that Maya of the Skies and Captain Cacao make their treats with only the best ingredients sourced from across the galaxy, and the theming is so fun.
If you like to shop during theme park trips, I would browse earlier in the day and make final purchases later so you are not carrying bags around. If you are short on time, choose one or two shops instead of trying to see them all.
