6 oz. Water
4 oz. Almond Milk

Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt or Sea Salt

The same goes for the salt. I prefer Pink Himalayan Salt, but you can use whatever you have available. Pink Himalayan Salt and Sea Salt are in their purest forms, so those are my go-tos if I use salt at all.
