There are a ton of different options to make different salads! Some other things I’ve added before: steak instead of chicken, shredded cheese, black beans, sesame sticks, shredded carrots, tomatoes, eggs…
The combinations and varieties of salads you can prep are endless!
In less than 30 minutes, I have 5 salads ready to grab and go for lunch on the road. In the mornings, I’ll get out my lunch bag and an ice pack, grab a salad and a dressing container, a fork and large tupperwear container to mix it all up in, waters, and my snacks for the day. With that and my Shakeology, I’m out the door and on my way to a successful work day and staying on track with healthy eating.
Have you tried these before? I would love to hear what you put in yours and any other great tips!
xoxo Shannon
